Overview
This policy explains how XORRO subscriptions are managed, billed, and delivered.
Subscriptions are designed to provide a consistent supply of XORRO, with flexibility to change or cancel at any time.
Billing & Renewal
By purchasing a XORRO subscription, you agree that:
- Your subscription renews automatically
- Your payment method is charged on each billing date
- Billing continues until you cancel
Billing Cycle
Your billing cycle is structured to ensure you do not run out of XORRO:
- Your first payment is taken when you place your order
- Your second payment is taken approximately 20–25 days later (80-85 days for 90 day subscribers)
- Thereafter, payments are taken every 30 days (90 days for 90 day subscribers)
This adjusted timing ensures your next supply arrives in good time.
Managing Your Subscription
Subscriptions can be changed or cancelled at any time.
You can do this by:
- Logging into your account, or
- Contacting us at support@xorro.store
Cancellation will stop future renewals.
Timing of Changes
Changes must be made before your next billing date to apply to the upcoming shipment.
If notice is given after this point, the next order may already be in processing and will still be dispatched.
Orders Already Processed
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If you no longer want the product, you may return it in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Subscription Changes
You may request changes to:
- Delivery frequency
- Shipping address
- Payment method
Changes must be made before the next billing date to take effect.
Vanguard Pricing
The Vanguard discount applies only to active, continuous subscriptions.
Cancelling your subscription will remove this discount.
If you restart your subscription, standard pricing may apply.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- We may retry the payment method
- We may ask you to update your details
- We may pause or cancel the subscription if payment cannot be collected
Our Right to Cancel
We may cancel a subscription where necessary, including in cases of:
- Suspected fraud or misuse
- Breach of terms
- Product availability issues
