This policy explains your rights and how returns and refunds are handled.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

Change of Mind (UK Orders)

You may return XORRO products within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unopened
  • In their original packaging

Important - Sealed Products

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed food supplements cannot be returned once opened, unless they are faulty.

Return Shipping

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect → we cover return shipping.

If you change your mind → you are responsible for return postage

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We will offer a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs paid.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return

We may reduce the refund if the item is not returned in its original condition.

Subscription Orders

If you cancel a subscription:

  • Cancellation applies to future orders only
  • Orders already processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled

If you receive a subscription order you no longer want:

  • You may return it under this policy, provided it is unopened and within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened products
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Items returned outside the 14-day return period
