This policy explains how IKONYX Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) delivers XORRO orders.
We offer free next day delivery across the UK, and ship to selected international destinations.
Free global delivery is available on 90-day subscription orders to selected countries.
UK Shipping
Free next day delivery on all UK orders.
- Orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next working day
We use a next day delivery service (Royal Mail or DPD), so your order should arrive the next working day after dispatch, subject to courier performance.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
We ship to selected countries listed below.
90-Day Subscription Orders
- Free global delivery applies to all 90-day subscription orders
- International orders may be subject to local taxes or import duties on delivery, depending on your country
All Other Orders
- Please contact us at support@xorro.store with your delivery address
- We will confirm availability, shipping cost, and delivery time before processing your order
Estimated Delivery Times
- Europe: 3–5 working days
- United States: 3–5 working days
- Rest of world: 4–8 working days

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Delivery Responsibility
We are responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you.
Once delivered, responsibility transfers to you.
Delays
We aim to meet all delivery timelines, however delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, customs processing, or transport disruption.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:
- Re-shipping costs will be charged
- Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
